Secretary - Account Clerk
Secretary II, Grade Level 10 Account Clerk-Payroll
The current vacancies are located in the Board of Education and the starting hourly rate is $19.93/hour, 37.5 hours per week.
Secretary II: Qualified candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience. Prior experience in a school system or related work with children preferred.
Account Clerk-Payroll: Qualified candidates must be knowledgeable of office procedures, principles of accounting, budgets, purchasing, inventory and payroll and must possess an Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience and three (3) years of experience with a working knowledge of payroll. Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with ADP payroll system a plus.
