Are you the one at family dinners showing your grandparents how to use the Kindle you gave them for Christmas? Are you the person helping your teenager or unemployed neighbor fill out a job application on line or create a resume? Do you get special satisfaction knowing you helped connect someone to just the right resource they need or find that missing piece of the puzzle? Do you like working with creative teams and brainstorming and delivering 21st century programming to adults who have a variety of interests, needs and abilities?
If so, we would love to meet you!! The Floyd County Library is seeking that special candidate to fill the position of Adult Services Librarian. Under the direction of the Library Director, this person will be responsible for programming, outreach, and customer engagement while working alongside a great team of people.
