We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated and energetic person to run the Human Resource, Compliance and Marketing departments of our small company.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources
- Assist management with hiring
- Assist management with employee evaluations, meetings and resolutions
- Go over Company Policies with employees
- Keep track of Employee Paid and Sick time and answer questions on such
- Assist with initial new employee training and some other training
- Research and Monitor Company Health Plan
- Assist Management with maintaining healthy and safe work environment
- Keep detailed notes and records of all work
- Compliance
- Research and Monitor Company Insurance Policies
- Get Daily Insurance Certificates for Deliveries
- Research and Monitor State and Federal Compliance for Company Trucks
- Research and Monitor State and Federal Compliance for Drivers
- Daily checks of warehouse and trucks for OHSA and other compliance
- Enter Data and Process Parking Tickets Daily
- Keep detailed notes and records of all work
- Marketing
- Assist Management in Creating Marketing Plans
- Assist Management is Implementing Marketing Plans
- Keep detailed notes and records of all work
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience with HR is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to Navigate databases, government websites a must
