Lead Advocate
Mission Statement: To provide crisis shelter, victim-center advocacy and supportive services for victims of intimate partner violence.

We are currently hiring a Lead Advocate. This position provides training, coaching, and development of Advocates, participating in the completion of tasks, and creating a team driven culture while supporting our mission in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Supervisory experience, trauma informed practices experience, advocacy experience, have a degree in human services field, Microsoft Word & Excel, solution-oriented, experience working with a diverse population, team-oriented, proven leadership skills and or training, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, ability to pass DHS background check, and valid drivers license.
