Full Time with benefits. Salary $56,811.
Responsible for managing all projects within the marketing department to deliver marketing services to internal and external customers.
This includes the following:
- Serving as the Marketing Department liaison by meeting regularly with internal departments to establish marketing objectives
- Collaborating on the creative for each marketing asset
- Using project management software to develop campaigns, projects & tasks, meet established deadlines and provide status reports
- Producing marketing campaign results and reporting to internal departments
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service to our internal and external customers through frequent interactions and communications
Directly supervise the Publicity Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Design Coordinator, Creative Services Manager and Marketing Coordinator of Online Services staff by managing timesheets, conducting periodic reviews and evaluations, identifying employee development opportunities and overseeing the successful execution and completion of their work. The manager will also assist with the implementation of division meetings and retreats.
Responsible for evaluating, editing and improving the agency’s internal and external communications, which include the website, presentations, e-mail marketing, annual and commission reports, advertising, social media, flyers, posters, radio and television copy, press releases, articles, marketing plans, etc.
Work directly with key staff and the Director of Marketing to prepare the annual marketing plan and assist with developing the marketing budget for all agency facilities, programs, events and enterprise efforts.
Manage project expenses to ensure the Marketing Department remains within budget
Work directly with publicity staff to execute the agency’s communication plan to ensure we have a strong public image that upholds the agency’s vision, mission and core values

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of computer, mobile and internet technology and business Microsoft software applications
- Knowledge of project management processes, procedures and software applications. Experience with Robohead project management software a plus
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Experience with managing and developing people
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with agency staff, and to relate well to the public and media
- Experience negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of the marketing principles related to developing marketing plans, strategies and budgets
Minimum Training and Experience
Graduation from a college or university with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field with 4 years relevant experience is required.
