Certilytics, Inc. provides sophisticated predictive analytics solutions to major healthcare organizations by integrating financial, clinical, and behavioral insights. We're looking for the next member of our Product Management & Release (PM&R) team to join as the Product Manager supporting our Aspects Intel product suite. The Product Manager will report to the Director, PM&R and work closely with other Product Managers as well as a constellation of different Certilytics business units, to include data science, actuarial, business development, clinical, and engineering. Applicants with relevant professional experience as a Product Manager in data analytics or healthcare are preferred. Motivated applicants without direct product management experience but that possess the unique blend of business and technical savvy, big picture vision, and drive to make vision a reality are strongly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Own the ultimate direction, successes, and failures of a product or line of products
- Define and enforce a standardized process for developing, iterating, and launching new features
- Curate and prioritize the product feature backlog based on constant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Align product management, marketing, and business development to acquire, onboard, and retain customers
- Ensure product-market fit and customize product value proposition according to target market segments
- Own the market landscape through ongoing review of competitor products, solutions, and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
- Product management and/or project management experience
- Proven track record of managing a successful product, project, or customer deliverable throughout its lifecycle
- Strong analysis and communication skills
- Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership
- Strong technology background; self-described 'technology translator'
- Strong presentation and consultative skills
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial openness and ability to explore new possibilities; a visionary; intellectually agile
- Willing to travel (approximately 5%)
Preferences
- Knowledge of the data analytics and/or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with common data science languages (SQL, R, etc.)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
- Able to work from our HQ in Louisville, KY
- Relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
