Contact Center Representative - Hybrid
Job Summary
Austin Capital Bank is seeking exemplary individuals to join the bank’s Credit Strong Support team as a Contact Center Representative supporting the Credit Strong product.
Credit Strong Support is a fast-growing contact center focused on providing a great place to work by offering work from home opportunities, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth beyond the entry-level.
Contact Center Representatives provide superior customer service through the inbound phone queue. As representatives grow with us, so too do the opportunities to support alternate communication channels such as Live Chat and Email.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide excellent service to existing and prospective customers via our inbound call queue
Use internet-based systems and services to assist our customers with the features and benefits of our products and services
Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in financial services related industry
Prior experience with using financial products and services
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
