Customer Service Manager
Airflow Solutions, LLC FAA Repair Station is hiring for a Key Management Position Customer Service Manager.
Key Customer Service Manager will represent AFS daily as our directly daily Primary Point of Contact (PPOC). Responsible for management and coordination of engine and component repair and inside service/component sales, technical training provided by AFS. This KMP requires a laser sharp customer focus as the PPOC for multiple customers. Responsibilities include contract management, ensuring customer commitments are exceeded, shop floor coordination expediting & maintaining excellent communication both internally and externally. AFS maintains and will continue to provide world class customer service, account retention and growth through daily reliability with an eye towards anticipation of customer needs. Qualified candidates should have a foundation in customer care, hopefully combined with some of the following; commercial aviation, maintenance & repair operations (FAA 145/121), with general familiarity of commercial aircraft & jet engines a plus. Experience with Jet Engines, FAA 145 Ops, Repair Administration, sales/customer service background and/or some level of technical proficiency may result in candidate consideration for fast track interviews as this hire is imminent. Salary will be based on experience.
